Park paints fuller view of past
October 19, 2010 | Posted by javal In much of Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park, the landscape looks old. But its interpretation is getting pretty newfangled.
The park, steward of four major Civil War battlefields, has been hard at work over the past decade to improve how it presents itself to the public. While there’s still work to do, its publications, exhibits, programs and signage all have been refreshed.
