Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park invites the public to
attend special programs commemorating the anniversary of the Battles for
Chattanooga on Saturday, November 20 and Sunday, November 21. The Lookout
Mountain Battlefield Visitor Center will be open from 8:30 a.m. until
5:00 p.m. each day. A variety of activities – guided walks, talks, and
tours – will be conducted at various locations in the Chattanooga area,
including Lookout Mountain, Missionary Ridge, and Moccasin Bend. Living
history demonstrations will include Union infantry and Confederate
artillery and infantry. Artillery demonstrations and Union infantry
demonstrations will be conducted in Point Park, located atop Lookout
Mountain. Confederate infantry demonstrations will be conducted at the
Cravens House on Saturday and at Point Park on Sunday.

Saturday, November 20 at 10:00 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:45 p.m.,
3:00 p.m., and 4:15 p.m.
Sunday, November 21 at 10:30 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 2:15 p.m.
Union Infantry Demonstrations
Saturday, November 20 at 10:45 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:15 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and
Sunday, November 21 at 9:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.
Confederate Infantry Demonstrations
Saturday, November 20 at 11:00 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:45 p.m. and
Sunday, November 21 at 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
On Saturday, Mark Hughes, author of The New Civil War Handbook, will be
available at the Lookout Mountain Battlefield Visitor Center lobby from
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to sign and talk about his book.
