Sesquicentennial panel starts Civil War website
November 12, 2010 | Posted by javal In the Civil War, Missouri was a state of divided loyalties and a battleground for important early engagements that historians now believe helped decide the fate of the Union.
That history and the people who made it are key features of a new website launched yesterday by the Missouri Civil War Sesquicentennial Commission.
