November 17, 2010 | Posted by javal Prince William County residents can prepare for the upcoming 150th anniversary of the Civil War commemorations by learning about the proper attire for ladies a and gentlemen of the time.
The program, “Dressing for the Sesquicentennial: From Day Wear to Ball Gowns” will be presented on Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. at the Center for the Arts at the Candy Factory in Manassas.
