Catoosa fashion show features Civil War clothes
November 29, 2010 | Posted by javal The Catoosa County Historical Society recently had a fashion show of Civil War era clothing.
Martha Shuttles, a local re-enactor, narrated the show at Old Stone Church Museum. She especially dealt with clothing worn during the mourning period.
Other re-enactors participating were Penny Sumpter, who wore a mourning outfit, and Leslie Erdman, who wore a party dress with a cape.
