Foundation names president

The third president in the 10-year history of the Gettysburg Foundation was named Monday, with 32-year National Park Service veteran Joanne M. Hanley taking the position vacant since late January.

Currently the General Superintendent of the National Parks of Western Pennsylvania, Hanley takes over Feb. 1, 2011, as president of the Gettysburg Foundation.
