Drama to tell story of civilian side of Civil War battle

An interactive drama will tell the civilian side of the Civil War Battle of New Bern on the March 14 anniversary.
The New Bern Historical Society annually hosts Civil War Adventure Day for about 60 area youngsters at the battleground site on U.S. 70.
For the second year, following public battlefield tours, the story will continue at the Atmore-Oliver House on Pollock Street.
