City ready for Lincoln’s return to Dover

Thom Hindle, a Dover historian and chairman of the Woodman Institute’s board of trustees, said the event Saturday and Sunday is part of the museum’s Lincoln Bicentennial Celebration.

As word spreads, Hindle said the museum is receiving more calls and e-mails.
