It will be a Lincoln weekend at the Evansville Museum

It’s going to be an Abraham Lincoln weekend at the Evansville Museum.

There will be Civil War music by performers from several states, an authentic look at life in the Union Army, a visit by Lincoln look-alike Dean Dorrell and a talk on “Lincoln: Private Man, Public Leader” by Pennsylvania professor Matthew Pinsker.

Events Saturday and Sunday come as the country gears up for the 200th anniversary of Lincoln’s birth on Feb. 12.
