Civil War makers coming to Charleston
August 2, 2010 | Posted by javal Charleston may not be the first West Virginia city that comes to mind when thinking about the civil war, but preservationists are hoping to change that.
Eight Civil War Trail markers will be placed along Kanawha Boulevard later this year. It’s part of the Civil War Trails program already in place in Virginia, Maryland and other states.
