U.S. Sen. Sessions tours Joe Wheeler home
August 25, 2010 | Posted by javal U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions called Joe Wheeler’s home a national treasure with the potential to draw thousands of tourists to the area.
“There is nothing like this in the state,” Sessions said.
For almost 90 minutes Tuesday morning, Site Director Melissa Beasley gave Sessions and members of his staff a tour of the historic site.
