CASINO – Thoughts from the PGCB’s public hearing

I recently had the unique privilege of covering the public hearing for the proposed Mason Dixon Resort & Casino in Cumberland Township. It was a gas.

Times staff writer Scot Pitzer and myself had front-row seats to the largest pubic input session on a casino project since Pennsylvania lawmakers legalized gambling six years ago. In addition to our newspaper coverage, we had a live blog going, and developed quite a following over the two-day period.
