Memorial service to commemorate Zanesville Civil War veteran

The Nashville, Tenn., resident has traced her family tree to Civil War soldier and Zanesville native Pvt. William Carver Burns, who not only fought for his country but also served the community throughout his life. In honor of him, Steele has spent months connecting with Ohio family members to arrange a memorial service to pay tribute to her great-great-grandfather.
