The 15th annual Lincoln Forum symposium in Gettysburg, scheduled for Nov. 16 to 18, is usually sold out by now but there are a few spaces left. I have attended the last eight of these symposia and recommend them highly as the place to hear and meet the top Lincoln experts in the country.

during the next few days for a repaving project. The scheduled road
closures are short term and may change, depending on weather.

The federal government is investing millions of dollars into battlefield rehab projects at Gettysburg National Military Park, as the park prepares for the 150th anniversary celebration of the Civil War.
