Dear Civil War Enthusiasts,

This past week I interviewed Dr. Bradley Gottfried about his newest book, "The Maps of First Bull Run."  This fantastic book includes 51 color maps and a narrative of the battle.  Additionally, it includes detailed maps, and a narrative of Ball's Bluff.  Dr. Gottfried provided a great deal of insight into his writing style, influences and future books he is working on.  Additionally, we discussed his "Maps of Gettysburg" book.  I encourage you to visit my blog, and read the review.  As in other author interviews, I split this hour long interview into ten parts.

Please let me know what you think of the interview, and review, by leaving comments on my blog.  You will have to register for a free WordPress account to leave comments.  There are instructions on my site.  I'm sure Dr. Gottfried will be monitoring your comments.
