I miss the Gettysburg Daily.  It must have been a chore to do a daily posting.  I particularly liked the edgy Daily when they would rant against the park service, or show stupid vandalism, or trampling on battlefield.  It only jumped the shark in the last postings about where the Field of Death picture may have been taken.  I particularly liked the reports from the Guides like Stuart Dempsey, Christina Moon and others.  Sad to see it go.  Hope it comes back.

I agree with you, Barlow! Although I didn't always check it daily, I did check it often. That was how I got to know some of the LBGs at the park, and who I'd ask for a tour when I went out to Gettysburg--by their interests and specialties. And Gary Adelman and Tim Smith just cracked me up--like a comedy team, but with really good, offbeat information.

I keep checking every now and then, on the off chance they started posting again. No luck, yet.
