Sgt. Biggenbottom Blowhard
|
Hello all, I'm Bob Higginbottom a/k/a Sgt. Biggenbottom, most of my pards call me Blowhard. Those were the ones who talked me into reenacting; I portray an overweight bugler, because I'm just not prepared yet to go into the expense and rigors of period firearms, and I'm quite chubby, so at least half my impression is authentic. I blow my own horn and then hide behind trees until the smoke clears. That avatar was not based on me, but it is not far from the truth.

Welcome to the board Sargent. Family stories tell me my Great Grandfather, pvt. William C. Cleaton, 2nd Georgia Cav. Rgt. was also a bugler during the war for Southern Independence. But thus far I have no way of verifying his duties, only his unit.

I'm not convinced this is a legitimate profile.
