| I have this, actually. The graphics aren't anything special, and it's not terribly accurate. Yes, you can play against the computer, but I found it hard to figure out so I stopped playing it. It's not very fun, but it does feature actual events each turn. I prefer Ageod's American Civil War, which gives a very accurate and detailed presentation of the war.
