I found it on ebay, it's a 2005 release and I am curious about its realsim, and conformity to actual history. Is it strictly fun, or can it be a learning experience? Can it be played by one against the computer. Needless to say I'm considering purchasing it. thanks!

I have this, actually. The graphics aren't anything special, and it's not terribly accurate. Yes, you can play against the computer, but I found it hard to figure out so I stopped playing it. It's not very fun, but it does feature actual events each turn. I prefer Ageod's American Civil War, which gives a very accurate and detailed presentation of the war. You can also play the Gettysburg campaign individually, though it doesn't feature individual battlefields. Hope this helps! Last edited on Thu Jun 11th, 2009 12:04 am by Lawrence63 |
