I can't see the travesty in this. The images are really very good. One point though, in the image of Lincoln reading the paper,they forgot his spectacles.

Thanks for the help, Javal. I think the representation is awesome! Maybe they would consider doing the same for Grant , Sherman, Jackson and Lee. It is actually kind of a thrill to see Lincoln that way.
Why does the writer of the article object so strenuously? I don't see the computer model as much different than a sculpture would be or an actor in a movie portraying Lincoln.

They are photographic re-creations! The one of him next to the officer is kinda cool, but the color one of him in the office looks like a photo of a wax museum. How is this worse than an bad painting of Lincoln - of which there are many?
