Am pleased to announce that C-SPAN will be taping the March 11, 2009 meeting of the Civil War Round Table of New York. The program will feature Benson Bobrick discussing his new book on General George Thomas.

Great coup!! Interesting that Bobrick has written a book on Thomas. He's actually an English Ph.D. or something, but has also written an exceedingly elegant history of the American Revolution, although the exact title escapes me. Elegant book cover design, too.
