A conversation with my GGG grandfather, Pvt Sidney Hammit Mabry of the 3rd Alabama would have been nice, and my Uncle's Grandfather; Maj. Thomas Goode Jones of the 53rd. Alabama, ADC to Gen John Gordon; flag of truce bearer at Appamattox (photo hangs on the Wall of Honor at appamattox) courtesy of an old photo I had reproduced and then sent to them.
