All accounts of the wounding of Gen Johnston that I have ever read state that he was wounded by a spent minnie. that could have come from anyone anywhere. If you look at the location of the wounding and the location of the fighting at the time, it would be practically impossible to acertain the source of that spent bullet MHO! Ed
