 Susan,

I like 'em big or small.  I tend to favor the little places here and there - you know, the historical societies and small museums of little towns.  It seems like every town in VA and TN has one and each is unique.  I especially enjoy talking to the people with the care-worn eyes who protect and preserve these treasures.  The list is endless.  Had the opportunity to visit tiny Averasboro, NC last year and quite glad I did.
