If another CW movie is going to be made, it will probably not be LFM. I appreciate Jeff Sharra's efforts in preservation, but I don't think he is as good a writer as his father. Neither of the books he wrote for the trilogy were nearly as interesting as The Killer Angels. Just my opinion.

There will have to be a story that is as compelling as the story of "Glory". It appealed to CW buffs and movie goers. Let's face it - even the History Channel doesn't show much history anymore. It doesn't seem to be a popular subject with most people. If somebody is going the lay out big money, they will want their movie to appeal to as many people as possible. LFM does not qualify.
