2 cans of mini biscuits
your favorite shredded cheese
1 pack of turkey (lunch meat)
1 pack of ham or other favorite lunch meat
preheat oven to 400
cut up 2 pieces of each type of meat and place on a plate. take one biscuit and flatten it. place some cheese on it and then add the meat. pinch the bottom of the biscuit together and place on a greased cookie sheet. place in the oven for 10 min. then place the oven on broil for about 1-2 min to brown the tops. serve immediately
if cooking for 1 person then 1 can of biscuits will do. each can makes 10 bite sized hot pockets: add more cans of biscuits depending on how many you are cooking for.
