 Do you ladies think they would freeze well? 

I am always getting up and on the road in the early morning hours on weekends and during hunting season, and I make breakfast sandwiches (bacon, egg, and cheese and YES scrapple, egg, and cheese) and freeze them, pop in the microwave for a couple of minutes while the coffee is brewing and hit the road! I think some different flavors would be great!
