 I'm not sure what you mean by bias, but if you want some books with differing interpretations on R.E. Lee, try "The Marble Man" by Thomas Connely and compare it to Emory M. Thomas's "Robert E. Lee: a Biography." As J. Harold noted, if you narrow your focus a bit we can probably help more.
