Bill O'Reilly playing loose & fast with the facts,
promulgating errors without sourcing ?
Shocking.
Even more shocking to me is that two authors wrote this book and neither one caught this error.
Maybe that is why facts aren't attributed. If the facts don't exist, they can't be attributed.
