I should have said, is the 26th monument in the wrong spot? Instead of being in front of the 14th Connecticut, should it have been placed in front of the 1st Delaware and the 12th New Jersey? According to the article I posted the 16th N.C. was in the spot where the 26th's monument was placed. I hope you can answer this question.
