same results here -- as mentioned before, IF I can get an "ID" snafu at Hastings College resolved (in progress now) I can get access to this, and LOTS of good stuff and will respond to requests for research from serious students of the Constitution of the united States {1787-1791} -- I can cheerfully suggest reading the trilogy of US History Books by John W. Burgess, "The Middle Period", "The Civil War and the Constitution" and "Reconstruction & the Constitution" -- the first is loaded with useful information and links which have me poised to petition the supreme Court in its' ORIGINAL jurisdiction and with a VERY real expectation of being heard and breaking the 'state' Bar monopoly ...
