Thanks for the help.  The demos from download.com are the demos of the game as released, RTS.  I'll check the other ones, but I'm not hopeful - if may be a Lost Cause.  I had the demo on some magazine CD back in the late nineties - I think the game was radically redesigned, because I never saw a release that looked like that demo.  It was mighty sweet, which makes being unable to find it tough.

Thanks again for the response - and do you have any suggestions for me for games that will run on an old machine, 500mhz Celeron, 198 RAM, Win98SE, real cheap & old 3D video card - and turn-based ! All that moving around and quick movements in RTS games makes me grumpy.
