The new VC will help the space problem. The money problem is system-wide and not unique to GB. Staffing is also a system-wide problem. The good thing is that the staff that GB does have are top-notch, highly admirable people who care about the artifacts as much as we do.
As for Jackson's raincoat, since everyplace I can find says it is the raincoat worn when he was wounded, perhaps sources should be cited that it's not. That would certainly be more helpful than just telling people to "read the facts".
