 Joe , telling this group to read the facts is a laugh considering the libraries most of the members on line in this group have and the number of books that they have read.    As I have said before there is such a wealth of knowledge on this board. 

I also agree when you state something you should back it up with a cited reference .  I am a footnote reader.  Learn so much from footnotes. 

On this issue I would think VMI would know what raincoat they have.
