 Doc,  I hear those first notes of that Rickenbacker and I am right there .  The Byrds have one song about Renaissance Faire that I love sooo much.  It is about the early days of the Faire here in Southern California. It brings back such great memories . 

I like the Byrds no matter what make up . . .   Gram Parson and Clarence White were a great addition in the later albums. 

Okay now I am going to get out my complete Byrds book set and sit down and listen .
