 One of my neighbors here on the eastern shore grew up in Seattle. Hendrix was his friend and classmate. At their last high school reunion they had his picture and memorabilia from school there. Unfortunately, when I asked him if he liked Hendix's music he said "not much". Different strokes for different folks as the saying goes. For Christmas, my wife just got us tickets for the Clapton/Winwood reunion concert in MSG. Saw them play together at Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival in Chicago. I'll truly be "In the presence of the Lord".
