I want to be buried in the Ferrell Family Cmetery in Tennessee it has most of my Ferrell and Hodges family members in there and it is a really old cemetery. I am related some way or another to each person buried there. A lot of my ancestors were confederate soldiers so hence I will die among the rebel dead or maybe I should say I will be buried among th rebel dead.

RtD,
Planning where you will one day lay is fine and it may well give you comfort to know that you will be amongst family, but, at your age, planning for life is surely a much better option.

Ah Youth , they have all the Answers.  I thought I knew what I would do with my life when I was young too.   Kept running into barriers on the way.  I did teach as I always said I would but not what I thought I would .  So many things happened along the way I never planned.

I thought I would teach for a while and then get married, have children.  Funny only children I have ever had are the hundreds I taught.  Going to a graduation from college party for one of them next week.

Never thought I would have breast cancer either.  Boy was that a life changing speed bump in my life.

Life happens , you can plan for some of it but others things just happens .

Susan

Hi Susan,
Just chatting with a couple from California who love the CW. Talked about the Drum Barracks and your name came up and they said they have known you for a long time, that you taught their son in first grade. His name is Andrew Kreitz.
Small world. They are out talking to Tom right now.

Nita how cool they are some of my favorite parents.  Andrew was into the Civil War as a first grader .  He did his Alphabet book on the Civil War.  You should have seen me searching for some letters for him.  He still remembers I found Z for him

How nice they are back there and got to know you guys.  Wish I could meet you too.

It is a small world.

Susan
