Thats right, finally graduated, much to the parents relief!!  Please, please, no applause is neccessary! Thank you, thank you , you are all too kind, really!

Seriously, my absence from the board of late has been due to a frantic schedule, not only with graduation, but also job searching to pay the bills. Incredibly, it is looking very likely like my job search has led me to Fredericksburg, VA. This is bad and good, as the area is a civil war nuts dream, but may also result in it being hard to concentrate on my new employment responsibilities.

Now, lets see what topics are new. Look out people, my intellect has at least tripled since I recieved that sheet of paper representing my completion of college. (Well, don't worry too much. Unfortunately for me 3 times 0 is, well , 0 lol. So, tripling my intellect isn't really that big a deal) ;)

.

Congrats from one who never bothered to graduate. Can't say that I ever missed it but now days I do think it makes a huge difference.

I have spent more time at the Fredericksburg battlefield than any other, for many years I had to go to Richmond frequently and usually I would fly to D.C. and drive down there, Fredericksburg was was a good place to get off the road and rest for a while. The historian there, Don Pfanz, is very knowlegable and a nice guy, I am sure you will enjoy it. Good luck.

I'm not sure if I envy you or just rootin' you on. I'd rather not start over, but you have a full measure of life waiting for you to sample.  My best wishes.
