Now that we're nearing the end of summer and the gardening season, I thought I'd give this a bump.

My garden is at the point where it all looks tired. Oh, sure, I have tomatoes and zucchinis and  basil coming out of my ears, but otherwise, the flowers have started looking shabby and my cottage garden style (i.e. no particular rhyme or reason, just clumps of this and that throughout) is kind of overgrown. I start to look forward to cooler weather, mums and asters, and putting the garden to bed for the year.

Other gardeners, how's yours growing?

Pam

Pam,

Like you, we're up to our ears in tomatoes and basil in the outdoor garden. Lots of hot peppers too. All head veggies like broccolli, cauliflower, etc. got eaten up despite sevining regularly.

My indoor bath tub herb garden produced oregano, dill, cilantro and rosemary. Tarragon bit the dust. All in all, a rather dissapointing crop all around.
