In the shameless self-promotion department...

My new book, Like a Meteor Blazing Brightly: The Short but Controversial Life of Colonel Ulric Dahlgren, is finally generally available for purchase. I won't bore all of you with the details as to why it was delayed. Suffice it to say that it is, at long last, readily available. Since some of you indicated you had an interest, I am posting this here.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled programming....

Eric

Hi Eric

Greetings from the UK!

I'm a big fan of your books and have them all but one.

I'm looking forward to reading your new book which I have had on preorder with Amazon UK for some time.

Any chance you might be bringing out a new edition of "Gettysburg's forgotten cavalry actions" in the near future? This is the one I have not got!

Kind Regards

IDIC

IDIC,

Not a new edition, but bringing the old one back. And yes, I hope to have it out by the end of the year.

i wish I had all of the details to share with you, but there was some sort of breakdown at the publisher's distributor that means that they have yet to ship books to Amazon. Believe me when I tell you that I'm on this--I constantly am after my publisher about this, almost daily.

I regret that you haven't gotten the book. More than you can know.

Eric

Very many thanks for the good news about the reprint of the Gettysburg book, as soon as Amazon UK have it on their site I shall order it!

Amazon UK are already showing your forthcoming Brandy Station book for delivery October this year!!!!!!!!!! I think they have got their years mixed up! I've pre-ordered it anyway.

Kind Regards

IDIC
