We have just released a new Civil War PC game. It is highly customizable. You can change leader's ranks, attack and defense ratings. Also you can modified city's stats for resource and population production. You can even change terrains. It also tracks every battle, showing casualites by day for Union and CSA units. You can set your own Victory Point Totals need to win. There are even Navy units you can build for naval combat. 5 AI settings, save game options, and the ability to even customize the totals resources available to each side. Leaders also increase in Attack/Defense skills as they gain EXP from combat. Read more about it here: http://Mindrestgames.com It was just released this week. Castereq, I noticed the brief FAQ. It mentioned that the first thing one does is purchase units and place them on the map. Are there no historical setups, like traditional wargames would have? Thanks.

Apparently, the guys behind this game aren't interested in selling it. They post but don't return to answer questions, so I register on their own forum and a week later still no approval email. What an enterprise.
