Sorry haven't annotated them yet...I figure most folks here will know what they are looking at anyway....had a great trip..Fall is really a great time of year to shoot pics.

Superb stuff Captain, you really have a good eye, and I love your use of the black and white. Particularly like the shots of the river. Thanks for sharing.

thanks folks! Ive been wanting to get back to Shiloh for a couple of years and it finally worked out. Fall colors, sunrises, fog, mist...I got to shoot in all sorts of situations and had an absolute blast. The park has never looked better imo. Little improvements all over the place: new brochures, the ahistorical cross has been removed from the church, new stops have been added to the tour, the informational markers have fresh paint on them....there's not a nicer park in all the country....unfortunately there's also not a higher concentration of chiggers either....LOL!

I went this year to avoid the crowds....but I may go back for the re-enactment....many guns going boom is hard to resist.
