Hello all, I have been reenacting on and off for about 10 years. My last job was at Pamplin Historical Park in Petersburg (actually Dinwiddie, but who has ever heard of that??!!), VA as a costumed interpretor. Best job I ever had and miss it alot. Alas, due to family obligations I am now in sunny AZ. As you can imagine, not much CW here, so trying to keep up with lists and such. Hoping to make it to a few immersion events this year, but time, money, etc are always a factor. Hoping to learn, share and have fun with you all! Take care, Nicolette

Pvt- You need to do a lot more reading because you're WAY off base with your statement that the skirmish at Picacho Peak was the LAST battle in the Civil War. Picacho Pass took place on April 15, 1862, which was very early in the war. Battle of Picacho Pass - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia If you had said that it was the land battle that took place the farthest west, then you would have been correct. In actuality, the last land action took place in Texas at Palmito Ranch on May 13, 1865. That was also a Confederate victory.
